Eat Clean

Eat Clean

While many nutritionists spend the bulk of their practices advising people on how to lose weight, Laura has found a niche in helping malnourished people to gain weight in the healthiest way possible. She is also passionate about helping people in our constantly bustling world to avoid the pitfalls and poor nutrition choices of the fast food industry. Busy lifestyles lead many people into diets that are heavy in prepared and processed foods, resulting in high rates of obesity and chronic disease.  Laura can help you take matters into your own hands and begin to cook and eat healthy (and simply!) again.
